• TLC2, Inc. was formed as a nonprofit Florida Corporation (501C3) to promote Leadership/ Character Development in school-age students through interactive programming, teaching, and positive role-modeling. A team of at least 2 young adults (or college students) teach a curriculum called TRU-IMPACT (Teens Really Understanding the Importance of Making Positive, Active Choices Today) over an 8-9 week period (on a weekly basis) in a classroom setting.

• The team reinforces integrity through each interactive lesson taught on a quality of being a leader that last a lifetime.

• The goal of this curriculum is that positive influences and relationships will have an impact on the students and their:

1. development of a moral code of values.
2. consistency and courage to say “no” to the peer pressures around them (i.e. sex, drugs, cheating, lying, bullying…)
3. development of life- long leadership skills.
